ok, this one's pretty strait forward. Rangers have track already because they're hunters, but as hunters shouldn't they have a better idea than most where to find a given mob?
I'm thinking this skill should be higher level, like 25, and should work something like traveling troubadour does for bards.

e.g.

failure would yeild nothing, while catastrophic failure would yeild a false lead.
I realize that this would give rangers an advantage for both mobmasteries and mobhunts, but they SHOULD have an advantage in these areas since they are hunters.
certain mobs should be obscured, (such as Nevyn,) and i'm not sure if it would be appropriate to have this work on PCs, but it should work on animals at the very least.
