An idea of Tokugawa's

Was reading an old log, and saw an idea that Tokugawa had. I thought it was a good idea then - and still do.

Tokugawa says, 'we really need a room in which food and water effects are halted while in the room.'

Given bard performances, ceremonies and the like.... I think this is an idea that would be worth pursuing. . . My vote is either Ceremonial or the Storytelling Amphitheater.

although the storytelling Amphitheatre seems to be the room created for this purpose, i have to vote for cerem, since its closer to the 'main road' of the guild, and people are more likely to just stumble into performances there. (location location location). if this is instituted, it would be nice to be able to silence the room where the performance is taking place too-something which we cannot currently do in Cerem.
