I don't like this idea. It defeats the purpose of mobmastery and makes info2 almost useless.

Info2's success rate is frequent though, just not necessarily for the info you want. This one would only be for location specifically.

it was only for mobs. it would still be useful.. kind of.
I like the idea, but that type of spell fits more with a cleric or mage than a shaman, imo. if the target has -svs or mr, that should effect the spell like it does any other spell. the problem with the spell might be similar to the problem with summon. WHICH mob of that name does it show you? the range of the spell should be considered as well. if we're talking about a spell that works gamewide, its considerably different than one that works in the zone the caster occupies exclusively.
