What have your experiments shown the new spell does?
What questions are you still trying to answer about how it works?
What do you think of the spell overall - its balance and value add to game play?

I think it's a great spell, I just think it should be an attack spell. I hate when shamans cast it on me and I lose almost all my channels.. makes me wanna kill the guy!! And if a shaman can just go around doing that, especially little guys that you can't hit.. that would be pretty annoying.. and we all know theres too many annoying shamans around here.
I still want to understand why some characters are susceptible to this spell outside of combat (including safe rooms) and others are not. I've yet to isolate a difference based on class, level differences, etc.
I basically have snotted on you already does that mean I'm in the 'in' crowd, Tynian? *remembers tears of joy*
Sadistic Femme-Fatale of the Nashite Magi.
Uh, no. :P
I can understand that you want to prevent mages from using charm person as a powerfull weapon of 2 round death. But this unfetter is completely beyond lame. being able to cast on someone in safe and remove all their channels is just going too far.
I've been told (havn't experienced it myself), that Unfetter can be cast on a person in Safe and prevent them from Praying.
The pray effect seems backwards from the other effects of the spell.
When cast on a charmed mob, the following mob is uneffected. The spell must be cast on the dominating character. Therefore, for unfetter to effect pray, it should have to be successfully cast on the God, not on the follower.
and regarding casting in safe: I must concur with Totec, it should be a combat spell, not one castable in safe.
-my two pence

P.S. I like the spell otherwise
