It's a random luck thing. Not sure exactly the stat that affects this (I'm thinking either luc or chr) but I've seen (and had) this happen a few times. No command for it, not a skill, just random chance. As far as I understand it anyway.

I've had it happen a handful of times. And I chuckle every time I see it. I haven't had it happen to me yet, but I haven't gotten tripped too often.
