Make Bag
There is a 5 minute time restriction on casting this spell. This is unnecessary, and I'll explain why.
It's good you can't pick up corpses the first 5 minutes of your login. You also shouldn't be able to make zombies during the first 5 minutes, along with some other spells, like naturalize. However, make bag shouldn't be restricted. You need to have the corpse in your hands to actually cast this spell, and, since you're not able to actually pick them up, it's an unnecessary restriction. Picking up NPC corpses and making bags because a player wants one should be fine.
