Proposed Level: 5-7
Function: Works like "Kick"
Conditions: Can only be used on an grounded opponent
Damage: The first level the skill is learned, I propose 20-25hp in damage. At lvl 30, I'd propose it do approximately 70-75hp in damage.
Additionals: VERY small chance to miss. Cannot be dodged or parried.
Logic: Being engaged with a grounded opponent is a very rare occurance. When someone is grounded they are in extremely vulnerable state. With spell damage these days, it would be little different than casting a damage spell only you would not lose con and it cannot be saved. This would be a nifty little addition for a class in desperate need of some additional functionality.
