    Default quest points

    Cost: 1 million gold.

    Choices:

    Group Quest:
    Single Quest:

    of

    Easy quest:

    reward 4 points

    Medium Quest:

    reward 8 points

    Hard Quest:

    reward 12 points

    Super Hard Quest:

    reward 20 points

    group quest would divide cost and points rewarded amongst the group members.

    Now lets think of some quests...

    going to need some creativity
    combination of mobhunts, mobmasters, location quests, bring item X here, etc... Time limit = reasonable... we want people to be able to do these and groups able to do the super hard quests.

    What to do with the quest points!

    Forum based auctions by Tynian. Items old gods don't want, maybe a no drop flag, maybe a restring credit, maybe a big bag or a no drop bag, maybe + 1 str to an eq item, maybe up ac by + 5 on one item, etc.... we can get creative.

    Forum based bid war or set prices ... we need to decide.

    maybe set prices on some minor things like old equiptment etc...

    something like a no drop flag would have a 1 month bid war, where you bid your quest points. Whoever has the most quest points has the most likely ability to get the item, you can not give quest points to eachother or donate your quest points to someone elses prizes...


    heres a basic idea that could use some growth.

    I would also be inclined to offer +1 hp or + 1 mana as prizes .... as they are not EQ based. Maybe for 10 points.

    Seriously, it should take at least 1 mil and a hoard of heals/sancts/mud knowledge to defeat a hard quest.

    Default additional rules

    Group quests could group with eachother, other quests.... individual quests... could not group with anyone.

    During a quest a charecter would be in questing status. They could not be attacked by other player characters. Death would cause a corpse to repop in their inventory.... death of any group member would void the quest and result in failure.


    One of the things I am trying to achieve is 5 people pitching in 200k and completing a super hard quest for 4 points each. More people interacting out of safe (weather pk'able or not they are learning) and additional enjoyable activities to participate in.

    I really like the idea of questmaster mob in GH, maybe CERM? Any oppinions or additional comments/rule/idaes? How about what will the quests be, what will the prizes be, more rules... whats a fair price? etc....
